WELCOME TO YOU, DEAR GAVAR STATE UNIVERSITY GRADUATES

On July 5, 2026, the day of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the ceremony of awarding diplomas to graduates of the 2025-2026 academic year was held at Gavar State University. The university, faithful to its mission, sent off the 29th generation of graduates, 210 bachelors and masters, who joined the ranks of more than nine thousand graduates of GSU. Rector of the university Ruzanna Hakobyan welcomed and congratulated the attendees on the occasion of the Constitution Day, warmly congratulated the graduates and their parents, thanked the professors of Gavar State University, the summative certification commissions and all benefactors. According to the tradition, the oath of the master of GSU was sounded, after which the graduates expressed their deep gratitude to their beloved educational institution, assuring that the noble values ​​and commandments instilled by the founding rector Hrant Hakobyan live in the soul, mind and deeds of every university student. They thanked Hranush Hakobyan, the co-founder of the university, and the administrative and teaching staff for their dedicated work in training virtuous and responsible individuals, qualified professionals, and patriotic citizens. Graduates were awarded diplomas and congratulated by Nellie Kutuzyan, Faculty Deans Tatul Asoyan, Martin Avagyan, Chairs Hamlet Ghajoyan, Samvel Amirkhanyan, Hakob Ghuloyan, Gayane Miribyan, Varazdat Avetisyan. Van Simonyan, a 2025 graduate of the "Jurisprudence" specialty of GSU, presented diplomas to the graduates of the "Jurisprudence" specialty and presented his formula for success. The event was hosted by Ani Manukyan, president of the student council of the Faculty of Humanities, and Papin Karapetyan, a graduate of the "Law" specialty, who on behalf of the students wished the graduates success in the professional field and continued achievements in all areas of life. The ceremony of awarding diplomas was accompanied by inspiring videos telling about the successes of the graduates, online congratulations and best wishes of GSU students studying in European partner universities. Students of Gavar art school, student of piano department Samvel Khachatryan, student of the same school Hayrapet Hayrapetyan, violinist Elen Shoyan graced the event with beautiful dance and musical performances.
