CONGRATULATIONS ON THE DAY OF THE MINER AND METALLURGER. GPU REPRESENTATIVES AT ZANGEZUR COPPER-MOLYBDENUM COMBINED

On the occasion of Miner's and Metallurgist's Day, Head of the Department of Management and Finance of Gavar State University, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor Samvel Amirkhanyan, and Armine Safoyan, a graduate of the "Economics" Department of GSU, participated in the events organized by the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine. The representatives of the university met with the general director of the combine Roman Khudoli, the first deputy general director Vardan Jhanyan, the director of sustainable development Armen Stepanyan, the director of external relations and industrial integration Anna Saghabalyan and the head of the media department Araik Margaryan. They participated in the jubilee event dedicated to the Day of the Miner and Metallurgist, during which it was noted that under the scientific guidance of Samvel Amirkhanyan, the 4th-year undergraduate student of GSU, Armine Safoyan, completed a final thesis devoted to the study of the activity of the Zangezur copper-molybdenum combine. A scientific article was also prepared with co-authorship. Armine Safoyan made a presentation, presenting the main provisions of his graduation work, the purpose of the research and the motives that determined the choice of the topic. The delegates of GSU visited the mine, got acquainted with the processes of ore extraction, participated in cultural events and returned to Gavar with vivid impressions. The Rectorate of Gavar State University congratulates the employees of the sector on the occasion of Miner's and Metallurgist's Day and thanks the management of "Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine" CJSC for effective cooperation.
